i was upgraded to the ceo suite. it was gorgeous! even without that though, the hotel was lovely. it was also very clean with snacks set out.
i booked a premium room with a sea view. i discovered that the theatre adjacent to the hotel had a bar with a late night license. it played loud music, and it was impossible to sleep until late into the night.

the reception desk helped me print some work papers. the staff arranged a taxi for us in advance to get to the cruise terminal. welcome cookies, chocolates, and water were a thoughtful touch. the hotel had a great restaurant on the ground floor, and the rooms were very clean and well-kept.
The cleanliness could improve. the cups weren't washed, only turned over.

the hotel is near the city center, with access to different parts of the city by foot. i found the location allowed me to easily explore and fully experience the city atmosphere.

the reception staff were very welcoming and informative; they provided clear directions and hotel information. the staff was also helpful in arranging transportation, which made getting around much easier. i found the service efficient and courteous.

the hotel offers a great restaurant on the ground floor. breakfast starts early at 6:30, which is convenient for early departures. the breakfast offers both a buffet and a menu so there was something for everyone.

the hotel includes a neat gym with treadmills, kettlebells, and yoga mats. clean rooms were a priority, and the hotel ensured a well-maintained environment throughout my stay. the overall facility upkeep was noticeable.

the location was excellent for travel. i found it near important attractions. the breakfast is amazing, it is worth it.
the room was small. the minibar was completely empty. in the reservation message it said bathrobe and slippers were provided, but there was no such thing.

My room had nice bathrobes and slippers. The breakfast offered herring and salmon and was worth every penny. I found it safe to drink water from the tap, as is common in the country. I did not expect any bottled water in my room, so i used the tap and carafe. The room contained a kettle, so i could easily make tea or coffee.
The hotel lacked parking. I incurred a daily cost of 500 kr to park my car.
